Located on the premises of Toca da Coruja, our restaurant provides an excellent gastronomical experience.

Our refined menu is created by Chef Wagner Aguiar and mixes Brazilian regional cuisine and contemporary gastronomy, while our wine menu lists one of the best selection of wines in the area, handpicked by our sommelier. For such reasons, this gastronomic area is more than a restaurant, it is a eat-well-drink-well concept.

We have created a setting where music, lighting, aromas and flavors fuse together in complete harmony with nature. Our restaurant has a calm setting surrounded by a huge tropical garden; it is indeed an exquisite place to enjoy special moments.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is one of the services that our clients are most surprised by. It is served until midday and offers our guests – who our staff members call by their names – a great assortment of delicacies that make an impression for their taste and quality. The feast includes items freshly-made on the woodfire.

Those wanting exclusiveness, calm and a cool atmosphere with scenic views on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Brazilian coast, will soon notice that these are all served at our Beach Bar, in complete harmony with nature.

The bar is located on Praia das Minas, in an environmental preservation area. Our clients will revel in a quality structure and service with the signature of Toca da Coruja.
